Seven international high end interior  restaurants were reproduced in Riyadh. Sticky Red’s scope was to source, manufacture, transport from UAE to KSA and install the soft furniture and fixtures within six weeks. 

Worked throughout the MENA region for the brand as the visual merchandiser consultant. Monthly store visits, supported new store and event openings. In parallel maintaining budgets and assets orders. 

Common area wayfinding signage was installed over 1,080 acres in the event area. A nine-month contract which required different installation skills and equipment from scaffolding to cherry pickers and team management. 

We managed and styled hospitality for Formula One Jeddah 2025.

Over 4,000 furniture units and 1,000 cushions were coordinated with florists and prop teams across 16,000 square metres, delivered to a refined standard.

 This covers the fundamentals of operating a shopping centre more effectively. It also covers the basic principles of the art and sciences of visual merchandising, economics, leasing and more. 

Materials received from the freight forwarder and checked prior delivery to site. 

Project managed the installation and removal of window materials on a monthly bases.
